Emmanuel Ladsous is a distinguished business and security consultant. He is well-known for his success in introducing companies to Vietnam and helping US and European companies expand globally in the Middle East, Africa, South America, and Southeast Asia. As the founder and the president of DatumX, Mr. Ladsous brings his extensive experience in international business, strong ethical values, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results for his clients.
Mr. Ladsous has had a remarkable career, spanning over three decades, which includes serving as a Supervisory Special Agent with the FBI, where he led national security and criminal investigations, including those related to terrorism, financial crime, and public corruption. He is a member of the prestigious FBI Academy and the Society of Former Special Agents of the Federal Bureau of Investigation. In 2012, he founded the Delta 7 Group, an investigative firm, and international business consultancy comprised of former FBI personnel.

Mrs. Tara Tran is a highly motivated and accomplished co-founder and director of business development at DatumX with a proven track record of success in project management. Mrs. Tran holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and boasts extensive expertise in leadership, strategic planning, process improvement, time management, and adaptability. In addition, her excellent command of English and native fluency in Vietnamese enable her to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders across the globe.
With a wealth of professional experience, Mrs. Tran has served as the National Project Manager at Vedax Company in Hanoi. She collaborated with provincial leaders and IT teams to drive project success, oversaw product quality control, and provided excellent customer service to ensure the satisfaction of all stakeholders.
Mrs. Tran is an exceptional problem-solver, team player, and communicator who is passionate about helping organizations succeed in the global marketplace.
